Don't break
the chain.

A running-streak tracker with one job: keep you showing up.

Product strategy, UX/UI design, and full SwiftUI development — shipped from zero to the App Store by SUUR.

Running apps drown you in pace, splits, and zones. Streak Runner tracks the only number that builds the habit — days in a row.

The milestone ladder — 26 stoic titles from The Initiate to The Indomitable

The idea

Miles don't build habits. Days do.

The home screen is one enormous neon number — your streak — and beneath it, the next title on a ladder of 26 stoic milestones: The Initiate, Iron Mind, The Unbroken, The Indomitable. You're always a countable number of days from becoming something.

No pace charts on the front page. No zones. The identity is the product: a person who runs every day.

The experience

Everything automatic, except the run.

Sync complete — today's run pulled in automatically

01

Log nothing

Run with any watch, any app. HealthKit and Strava sync pull the day's run in automatically, the streak updates itself, and the only manual action left is the one that matters — going outside.

The calendar — an unbroken chain of green days

02

See the chain

Every run is a green square; the calendar turns months of showing up into something you can look at. A weekly card keeps the short game honest — days this week, miles, and the streak day you're on.

Circles — a crew of eight keeping each other honest

03

Crews keep you honest

Circles are small crews — up to eight runners — where everyone sees who's run today. CloudKit-synced, invitation-only, and quietly ruthless: the empty dot next to your name is visible to people you know.

A share card — the streak rendered as a shareable image

04

Bragging, built in

Milestones and streaks render as dark, neon-green share cards designed for the group chat and the story post — the app's own growth loop, one screenshot at a time.

When the streak is in danger

Defense Mode goes to the Lock Screen.

No run by evening and the app escalates: a Live Activity counts down the hours left to save the streak, right on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Five widget types keep the number in view the rest of the time — the streak is never more than a glance away.

The result

Live on the App Store, built in-house.

Product strategy, UX/UI, and the entire native build — plus the marketing site at streakapp.suur.io — shipped end to end by SUUR. One metric, ruthlessly protected: the app exists to make breaking the chain feel unthinkable.

“A product with one number does one thing perfectly: it makes quitting visible.”
