What’s the turnaround time for design requests?
Design tasks are always completed within two business days. More often much sooner. Complex projects will be broken into multiple tasks.
What if I’m not in 🖤 with the design?
We will continue to refine the design until you are 100% happy with the result.
Can you work on existing designs?
You bet! We can refine and improve any existing design to turn it into a visually appealing experience.
Why don't I just hire in-house designer?
The full-time senior-level designer now is $150,000+, before benefits. Also, most of the worthy designers are already employed.
 
On top of that typical senior-level designers do specialize in a few things and will not cover the amount of stuff SUUR can cover.
What if I have just one design request?
That's completely fine. You can pause your subscription once your single request is fulfilled and resume when more design needs arise. Or you can go with our À la carte design services.
Do I have a limit on the number of design requests?
No, there's no cap on the number of requests you can submit. Our subscription allows you to add multiple design tasks to your queue, which we will address sequentially.
How does the pausing work?
Our billing cycles are one month long. You can pause your subscription anytime, preserving unused days for future needs.
Which software is used for design?
Our primary design tool is Figma, a versatile and modern design software. Some specific design requests can be delivered in other software/formats upon request.
Are there any design work you don't cover?
As part of the subscription, we do not cover extensive 3D modeling, animated graphics, complex packaging, or extensive print design work. However, we can tackle this kind of thing as standalone projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the nature of work and the amount of time that goes into our work, there will be no refunds. However, you can cancel anytime and you can get back the prorated amount.
