What if we are not satisfied with the results?
If the progress isn't meeting your expectations, you can cancel any time and receive a full refund.
What is the size of the team assigned to my project?
Each project team includes one to two senior-level designers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
How will communication be handled?
We operate remotely, primarily using asynchronous communication through Slack. The package includes three scheduled calls: a kickoff call, a mid-sprint update, and a final review at the sprint's conclusion.
What are the next steps if we want to continue working together after the design trial?
If you are pleased with the results of the design trial and wish to continue our collaboration, you have two options. You can choose to subscribe to one of our design subscription services, which provide ongoing support and design work tailored to your needs. Alternatively, we can discuss and define a custom scope of work specifically designed to meet the ongoing requirements of your project.
What tools do you use for design and collaboration?
For design tasks, we primarily use industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. For project management and collaboration, we utilize Slack and Trello.
Is payment required upfront?
Yes, we require advance payment; however, if you are dissatisfied with our work, we offer a refund.
What will I receive for my investment?
Our team commits to working closely with you to ensure all deliverables meet your standards and exceed your expectations.
Can the team handle revisions?
Yes, revisions are an integral part of our process. Based on your feedback, we offer unlimited rounds of revisions within sprint to refine and perfect the design.
Who will own the final designs?
Upon completion of the project and full payment, all rights to the final designs will be transferred to you. You will own the finished work outright. However, we reserve the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio to highlight our capabilities and past work. If confidentiality is a concern, we can discuss alternative arrangements.
How do you ensure project confidentiality?
We take client confidentiality seriously. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the commencement of any project to ensure your information remains secure.
