Breathe.
Measured.
The only breathing app that reads your HRV to prove it's working.
Product strategy, UX/UI design, and full SwiftUI development — shipped from zero to App Store by SUUR.

Every breathing app guides you. None of them prove it worked. HRV Breathe reads the one number that does.

The idea
So we measured it.
Heart-rate variability is the gold standard for stress resilience — and HealthKit already tracks it. So every session reads your HRV before and after, calculates the delta, and logs it. The green number next to each session is the point: proof the breathing did something.
Session markers overlay the HRV trend so the app answers the question every user actually asks — is this working? — with their own data.
The experience
Calm to the eye, exact underneath.

01
Pick a pattern, press start
Six patterns in two families — three resonance-frequency splits (4-6, 5-5, 6-4) tuned to lift HRV, and three classics (Box, 4-7-8, Relaxing Breath) for fast calm. Choose 3, 5, or 10 minutes and begin. No setup, no account.

02
A pacer you feel, not just watch
The pacer is the signature lava-lamp blob: nine overlapping teal circles that swell on the inhale, settle on the exhale, and hold through retention. Haptic pulses mark every phase change, so you can close your eyes and stay on rhythm.

03
The streak you don't want to break
A goal ring for the week, a streak card, weekly session counts, and an HRV trend sparkline — glassmorphic cards over the dark, every state change spring-animated. Persisted in SwiftData, synced across devices with CloudKit.

04
Understand what you're training
Four interactive slides make HRV tangible for newcomers — what it is, why it moves, and how breathing changes it. Nobody should be following a circle without knowing why it helps.
And on the wrist
A standalone Watch app you can run eyes closed.
watchOS 10+, all six patterns, session setup on the Digital Crown, and haptic-only guidance so you never have to look. WatchConnectivity syncs both ways — start on the Watch, finish, and it's on your iPhone dashboard instantly.
Built with intention
100% native SwiftUI, zero third-party dependencies.
The result
Concept to App Store, in-house.
Product strategy, UX/UI design, and full SwiftUI development — iOS 17+ and watchOS 10+ — all handled by SUUR. Six patterns, an Apple Watch companion, and the one thing no other breathing app does: it reads your actual HRV to prove the practice works.
