ILTY
An AI mental health companion that measures what matters
Visit ILTY — AI Mental Health AppThe Problem
Mental health apps are broken
75% of users abandon mental health apps within two weeks. Not because the apps don't work, but because they measure the wrong thing. Downloads. DAU. Session time. Engagement metrics that tell you nothing about whether someone actually feels better.
Meanwhile, therapy costs $150-300 per session with 6+ week waitlists. The gap between “download an app” and “see a therapist” is enormous. And every app in that gap says the same thing: just breathe.
ILTY was built to close that gap. Not with affirmations. With outcomes.

What if we measured whether users actually feel better?
Outcome tracking
Mood measured before and after every conversation. Not engagement. Improvement.
Action items
Every session ends with 2-4 specific next steps. AI-extracted, not generic.
Real personalities
5 AI companions with distinct therapeutic approaches. Not skins on the same bot.
Five distinct personalities
Not personas. Not avatars. Each companion has a real therapeutic approach, a distinct voice, and a reason to exist.
“You know what you need to do. What's actually stopping you?”

“You know what you need to do. What's actually stopping you?”
“Let's slow down. What's actually underneath that feeling?”
“What part of this is actually within your power to change?”
“Let's map this out. What's the actual structure of the problem?”

Design Philosophy
Against the grain
Every mental health app uses light backgrounds and soft pastels. Calm blues. Gentle greens. They all look like they were designed to not offend anyone. ILTY went the opposite direction: pure black, warm beige accents, and cinematic B&W photography. Not clinical. Intimate.
System fonts only. No custom typefaces, no loading delays, no FOUT. The native feel communicates: this is a tool, not a lifestyle brand. It takes your problems seriously.
