Website Care Plan · $1,500/mo · month to month, pause anytime

The site stays fast, live, and yours

Hosting, edits, updates, and monitoring for a site we built, from the person who built it. Up to eight senior hours a month for changes with a two-business-day turnaround, uptime and Core Web Vitals watched, every form checked, a quarterly conversion review. One line on the invoice instead of three vendors and a Slack channel nobody answers.

Or book a 20-minute call first. No pitch, just fit.

Same-day response to an outage. Unused hours roll over one month.

01

The person who built it, on the line

No ticket queue and no agency account manager. The edit request goes to the senior who designed and coded the site, and comes back within two business days.

02

Hours that mean changes, not tickets

Eight senior hours a month covers copy, images, new sections, small features, and the updates a modern site needs to stay fast and secure. Unused hours roll over one month.

03

Watched, and reported

Uptime, Core Web Vitals, error tracking, and a monthly check that every form still delivers. A written report each month and a conversion review each quarter.

What is covered

Everything a site needs to stay yours.

Scoped for one site of up to about fifty pages. A second site or a large catalog is quoted before the first month.

Every month

  • Hosting and domain. Cloudflare or Vercel on your own account, SSL, CDN, backups. Hosting bills stay yours, at cost.
  • Up to eight senior hours. Copy, images, new sections, small features, integrations. Two-business-day turnaround; unused hours roll over one month.
  • Updates. Framework, dependencies, and security patches; booking-engine and integration health for hotel sites.
  • Monitoring. Uptime, Core Web Vitals, error tracking, and a monthly check that every form delivers.
  • Same-day outage response. Business hours, with a status message from me, not a bot.

Every quarter

  • Conversion review. Analytics read, the drop-off named, one recommended change or test.
  • SEO hygiene. Sitemap, indexing, redirects for anything that moved, structured data still valid.
  • Content refresh. Dates, prices, dead links, and stale claims caught before a customer catches them.
  • A written report. What changed, what it moved, what is next, monthly, in plain language.

Pricing

Kept running, or made better.

From $2,500/mo

Conversion Optimization: one hypothesis-driven test a month on a live page, shipped and read.

How it runs

Onboarded in a week, then a steady rhythm.

01

Week 1

Onboarding

Access, monitoring installed, backups verified, the edit backlog agreed. For a site we did not build, a one-week review first.

02

Monthly

Edits, updates, report

Requests come back within two business days. Updates ship. The report says what changed and what it moved.

03

Quarterly

Conversion review

Analytics read, one recommended change or test, SEO hygiene and a content refresh pass.

04

Anytime

Pause

Pause between months; monitoring stays on for thirty days after. Restart when ready.

Fit check

Built for some, not everyone.

This is for you if

  • A site SUUR built: a landing page, a hotel website, a product marketing site
  • A Next.js, React, or Webflow site you want one senior to own end to end
  • A hotel or a small business that does not want a developer on payroll for eight hours a month

Not built for

  • WordPress sites running on a stack of plugins
  • Teams with in-house developers who only need hosting
  • Anything that needs a 24/7 contractual SLA. This is one person, on business hours, who answers

Built it, keeps it

Artyom Sklyarov

I host and run every site I build for myself, and the one you are reading, the same way: monitoring that catches a broken form before a customer does, updates shipped on a schedule, and edits that take an afternoon instead of a sprint. The care plan is that practice, sold.

Hosting bills stay on your account at cost. You are paying for the hours and the watching, not a markup.

About you

The fine print

Questions, answered.

  1. $1,500/mo, month to month, for one site of up to about fifty pages. It includes up to eight senior hours of changes: copy, images, new sections, small features, integrations. An hour is my time, not a junior's, and unused hours roll over one month.

  2. Yes, on Next.js, React, or Webflow, after a one-week review billed as one month of the plan. The review tells you what the site needs before I take responsibility for it. WordPress plugin stacks are the one thing I decline.

  3. You do, at cost, on your own Cloudflare or Vercel account, which I set up and manage. There is no markup on infrastructure; the plan is the hours and the monitoring.

  4. The site or a form not working. Same-day response during business hours, with a status message from me. Monitoring usually tells me before you do.

  5. A new section fits inside the hours. A whole new page with its own design is a Landing Page Sprint at its own price, which the plan then keeps running.

  6. Yes, between months. Monitoring stays on for thirty days after a pause so nothing breaks silently; restart whenever you like.
