SUUR case study · for TripLeads.ai · one weekend

A luxury resort that doesn’t exist

Pandora Hotel is a 16th-century Tuscan estate — invented end to end, brand to booking funnel, so a real AI product could be sold on a stage that feels real.

A demo lives or dies on one thing: does it feel real

TripLeads.ai sells an AI concierge that hotels embed on their own websites. But you can’t sell that widget on a tripleads.ai/demo URL — a hotel GM watching the concierge open on an obvious sandbox sees a toy.

Watch it open on what looks like a genuine five-figure-a-night estate, and the same GM starts evaluating the product instead of the packaging.

So we built the estate.

None of it exists. All of it agrees.

The moment one page contradicts another, the illusion collapses. So the property got a canon — suite counts, nightly rates, hectares, history — and all eleven pages were held to it.

The build

Concept to live in one weekend

The first pass went in the bin

Draft one leaned on typographic restraint and shipped reading like a template. We threw it out and went cinematic — Belmond by way of Vogue Italia. Fraunces serif with italic emphasis, cream and bottle green, full-viewport pull-quote scenes.

Photography with one color lane

Every photograph is AI-generated and graded into a single locked lane — golden-hour cypress and stone, no stock-photo sheen. One inconsistent image would give the game away faster than any typo.

Eleven pages, no CMS

Static HTML, one shared stylesheet, sub-second loads. A demo that runs live in front of prospects doesn’t get to have a cold start — or a database.

Eight funnels, each one already mid-conversation

Every occasion page loads the TripLeads widget pre-scoped to its trip type — the concierge opens knowing whether you’re planning a wedding for 120 or a honeymoon for two. And if the widget loader ever fails mid-pitch, the CTAs silently fall back to a static inquiry page. The demo never breaks mid-sentence.
