MVP Feature Prioritizer

Rank features with explicit RICE assumptions and keep dependencies visible.

Use reach per quarter, impact from 0.25 (minimal) to 3 (massive), confidence as a percentage, and effort in person-weeks. Scores remain subjective.

Feature 3

How the result works

RICE = reach × impact × confidence / effort. Use one reach window and one effort unit across all rows. Dependencies must be included before their dependent feature in the delivery order.

Method reviewed 2026-10-19 by Artyom Sklyarov, SUUR.

A worked example

Reach 100 × impact 2 × confidence 80% / effort 4 gives a score of 40. The number helps compare assumptions, not prove business value.

What to check next

Confidence is subjective. Compliance, reliability and prerequisites can override numerical ranking. Do not use zero effort or mix time units.
