Loews Hotels, known for its handcrafted approach and warm, welcoming atmosphere, needed a website that reflected its unique brand philosophy while making the planning and booking process effortless for its diverse audience.
With a portfolio spanning major cities and resort destinations across the United States and Canada, the website needed to showcase Loews’ properties and their distinct local experiences effectively. Our team was responsible for creating wireframes, designing high-fidelity mockups, and developing interactive prototypes to ensure the new design was intuitive and visually engaging. By closely collaborating with the client’s development team, we delivered a website that honored Loews’ values of providing unscripted moments and local authenticity, while offering a seamless digital experience for business travelers, families, and even pet owners.
Target Audience

Constraints
Highlighting Multiple Destinations and Cities: The website architecture needed to effectively showcase Loews Hotels’ diverse portfolio of properties across major urban centers and resort destinations. Each city required its own space to highlight unique attractions, cultural connections, and the hotel’s proximity to key points of interest, ensuring relevance to both business and leisure travelers.
Location-Specific Details: Within each city, the site had to provide detailed information about individual hotel locations and their strategic placement near business districts, entertainment hubs, and local landmarks. This demanded a balance between consistency in branding and the flexibility to emphasize each property’s unique advantages.
Dining and Accommodations: Loews Hotels prides itself on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and world-class accommodations. The site needed to spotlight dining options, from fine dining to casual fare, and room features that appeal to both business travelers and weekend guests, ensuring every visitor feels catered to. The integration of this information had to be seamless, enhancing the overall user experience while emphasizing Loews’ handcrafted approach to hospitality.
